1. Services Provided

We offer 1-on-1 and couples/family financial coaching and downloadable financing content. Coaching sessions are educational in nature and designed to provide personalized financial strategies, but do not constitute legal, accounting, or investment advice.

2. Scheduling and Cancellation Policy

Sessions must be scheduled in advance.
A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required for rescheduling
A minimum of 14-days' notice is required for cancellations.
Missed or late-canceled sessions may not be refunded or rescheduled.
rescheduled sessions may not be canceled and rescheduling requires approval from your coach (rescheduling is accepted at your coach's discretion)

3. Disclaimer

Our coaching is based on experience, education, and industry best practices. However, we are not certified financial planners, investment advisors, accountants, or attorneys. All information provided is for educational purposes only.

4. Confidentiality

All personal information shared in sessions will be kept confidential unless legally required to disclose. No financial data will be sold or shared with third parties without client consent. All personal Information shared outside of sessions can be used to verify identity, provide marketing insight, contact you through [MSM messaging, Email, Facebook, Instagram, and X (formally twitter)]. This data will not be shared with 3rd parties and cannot be sold by Devin Isabella Financial Coaching or any subsidiaries or partners.

5. Website and Content Use

All materials, designs, downloads, and blog content provided on this site are the intellectual property of Devin Isabella Financial Coaching and are protected by copyright law. They may not be copied, sold, or redistributed without express permission

7. Satisfaction Guarantee & Refund Policy

We stand by the value of our financial coaching. If a client completes a full 6-month term and does not save at least the cost of their coaching package (original price) based on the personalized budget we set together, they are eligible for a full refund under our satisfaction guarantee. This guarantee is only available for a client's first 6-month term and requires the client to complete the full program.

Early Cancellation:

Clients who cancel before completing their full term are eligible for a refund of any unused sessions only if they paid the full price up front.
Clients on monthly payment plans are not responsible for any future unused sessions once canceled.
Either party may cancel the plan within a 14-day cancellation window.
If a billing date occurs during this 14-day window, the client may still be charged for that billing cycle/session.

Refund Timing & Method:

Refunds may take up to 31 days to be processed.
Refunds are available via bank transfer, Zelle, PayPal, or mailed check.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate payment details.
All Refunds are based on the original price, processing fees will not be refunded
Taxes may be refunded when applicable
Clients must submit all necessary refund information within 60 days of receiving a written cancellation confirmation.
Failure to provide this information within 60 days may void the refund, whether due to early cancellation or satisfaction guarantee.

We believe in earning your trust. If we haven’t helped you move forward, we don’t believe you should pay for it.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to change these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with the effective date.
